On Day 1, the GRAND OF ASIA will welcome you at the airport:
The transfer will be made to the hotel in Colombo. We recommend starting with a visit to the Panchromatic Anjaneyer Temple – the only temple in the world with a Chariot dedicated to Anjaneyer (Hanuman). On Day 2, depart for Dambulla via Chilaw after breakfast:
We will depart from Chilaw for Dambulla after breakfast. Chilaw is the next destination. You can visit the Manavari Temple en route – where Lord Rama on the advice of God Shiva installed the first lingam in Sri Lanka, which is still known as Ramalinga Shivam. After visiting the Munneswaram Temple – located at the place where Lord Rama prayed to God Shiva, who advised him to install and preserve four lingams at Manavari in Chilaw, Thirukoneswarm in Trincomalee, Thiruketheswaram in Mannar and Rameshwaram in India – where the bramhaasthi dosham, which followed him back to India when he returned in King Rawana’s Vimana after winning the battle against King Rawana. Take the Wariyapola route in Kurunegala to Dambulla. The Hotel Dambulla (jetweing lake) is the location of the overnight stay and dinner.
On Day 3, we will drive to Sigiriya:
The hotel provides breakfast.On the way to Sigiriya, drive through the countryside. According to legend, Sigiriya was associated with the epic Ramayana. Take a picture at the site and look at it from the outside. It is recommended that you visit the Golden Temple of Dambulla. Proceed to Kandy. During the trip, you can visit a spice garden. It is a privilege to be able to view the Spice Gardens, located in Matale, which have stirred the interest of many nations across the globe for its exotic spices since time immemorial. Kandy is your destination. A stay at the Hotel, Kandy, as well as a dinner at the Hotel, Kandy (a bear and cinnamon romance).
On day 4, we will visit the City of Kandy in the morning:
